Customer satisfaction is our first priority at the Co-Creation Agency. If you are unsatisfied with any online product please contact us immediately and let us know why, helping us ensure that you are a continued satisfied customer.
Merchandise Return Policy Process
We request that your unsatisfied item(s) are returned within the first 30 days of the purchase date. You must mail back by USPS or any other Partial Postage ensuring that your item(s) has been received on our end. All items(s) must be returned to the Co-Creation Agency: P.O. Box 2513 Duluth GA. 30096 prior to issuing credit for returned item(s)
We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping cost
Once we have received your package we will credit your billing credit card for the charged purchased amount (less shipping).
Please allow 7 – 14 business days for your financial institution to reflect the returned transaction.

Damaged Items
The Co-Creation Agency tries to ensure that your package(s) are delivered not only in a timely matter but also undamaged. However, there are times where packages become damaged in the carrier process. Should you experience such damage to your products please email us directly at s [email protected] with a detailed description describing the damage to purchase item(s) and include an image with email. We will request that you send back damaged goods by USPS or any other Insured Partial Postage ensuring that your damaged goods have been received on our end.
We regret that we are unable to refund the shipping.
Once we have received your package we will replace your item and reship the next business day (PROVIDED MERCHANDISE IS IN STOCK) to the current shipping address on file.
This time shipping is on us!
Out of Stock/Backorders
When an item that is selected is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified immediately of the estimated time of arrival via email. All other in-stock items will be shipped 7- 10 business days excluding holidays.
In this scenario, you will not be charged with two separate shipping fees. You will only be charged the original shipping cost.

We do not offer returns for any digital products. Prior to purchase, you will be asked to agree to download terms.
